Storm Taser

v1.08 adds these great features:
- Real electricity animation! No longer just a picture!
- Choose from 2 colors of electricity. (Blue or Yellow)
- LED blinks super bright blue!
- Vibration and LED now times correctly with sound effect.

In addition to these existing features:
- Sound works in .75/.76
- Choose from 3 different sounds/taze lengths
- Phone vibrates and LED blinks super fast while tazing
- Vibration feature can be disabled using the BB menu
- Just click the screen to subdue your suspect
